The initial opportunity for a student to assess their skills in a competitive setting is provided by USTA's exclusive Cup competitions. Both the Tondi and Viimsi departments host tournaments monthly throughout the indoor season, culminating in departmental finals in late spring. In early summer, the top performers from both divisions converge for the highly anticipated USTA Cup Superfinal.

USTA has been a valued partner for various tournaments organized by the Estonian Tennis Association. This includes championships, GP series, stages of the youth league, and children's tennis tournaments.

In 2021 and 2022, USTA successfully hosted the Paf Open, an ITF15 tournament. The 2021 edition of this competition was distinguished as the Tennis Union's Tournament of the Year.

Additionally, USTA's CEO took a central role in organizing the Eesti Media Tennis Cup competition evening in 2017. This event witnessed a full-house audience at the Unibet Arena, where Anett Kontaveit and Kaia Kanepi faced off.
